摘要
本文立足于大联勤体制下军队中小医院的建设发展,分析大联勤给军队中小医院带来的机遇和存在的主要矛盾,探讨了军队中小医院建设管理应遵循的四项基本原则、四大目标任务和四种方法举措,从而提升其建设管理水平。
Based on the construction and development under joint logistics system of middle and minor military hospitals,the author analyzed opportunities and the main contradiction of the construction and management of them.Those were also discussed that the middle and minor military hospitals should follow four basic principles, four objectives,and four methods,in order to improve their management level.
