摘要
奥运会的成功举办需要大量志愿者的参与,培训活动与自身工作、生活的时间与地点冲突,志愿者活动中的人际冲突,以及对志愿者工作性质的曲解,都有可能对志愿者心理造成不良影响。本文从动机理论、群体心理学理论及认知理论三个方面,针对上述不良影响提出对策。
The success of the Olympic Games needs a lot of volunteers.The conflicts of training activities and their own work,conflicts of interpersonal relationship,and the distortion of the nature of the volunteers,are likely to affect the volunteer＇s mental health.In this article countermeasures were put forward for these adverse effects,from motivation theory,group theory and cognitive theory.
