46 Cases of Subclinical Hypothyroidism in Type 2 Diabetic Patients and the Pertinent Literature Reviewed

摘要 对524例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,发现2型糖尿病患者中亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)合并率为7.3%,合并亚临床甲减组冠心病的发病率高于无亚临床甲减组(P<0.05)。 This retrospective analysis showed that the prevalence of subclinical hypothyroidism（SCH）was 7.3% in 524 cases of type 2 diabetic patients.Cardiovascular diseases were significantly higher in diabetic patients with SCH than those without SCH（P0.05）.
