摘要
目的比较两种胃管固定方法的临床效果。方法选择2009年9月-2010年3月本科室术后行胃肠减压患者50例为对照组,选择2010年4—10月50例患者为观察组。对照组采用常规的胃管固定方法,观察组采用改良后的胃管固定方法,比较两组患者胃管的滑脱率。结果两组患者胃管滑脱率比较,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义,观察组患者胃管滑脱率低于对照组。结论改良后的胃管固定方法可靠、舒适、顺应性好,且操作简单,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of two fixation methods for gastric tube.Methods Fifty patients who received post-operative gastrointestinal decompression from September 2009 to March 2010 were chosen as the control group,and other 50 patients who received post-operative gastrointestinal decompression from April to October in 2010 were chosen as the observation group.The control group used the conventional gastric tube fixation methods while the observation group used the improved method of the gastric tube fixation.The gastric tube slippage rate was compared between the two groups.Result The gastric tube slippage rate was significantly lower with patients in the observation group than that in the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion The improved method of the gastric tube fixation is reliable,comfortable and simple,and has good compliance.It is worthy of clinical application.
