摘要
目的：壳聚糖和中药研制成复方降脂颗粒剂。方法：合成水溶性羧甲基壳聚糖，与山楂叶、决明子等提取物配制成颗粒剂，进行毒性试验和临床观察。结果：３０例高脂血症患者服用６周后，降低ＴＣ和ＴＧ有效率分别为８４．２％和６９．２％，增高ＨＤＬ－Ｃｈ有效率为６８．８％。结论：本制剂制备工艺成熟、质量稳定，是治疗高脂血症安全有效的药剂。
Objective: To prepare compound blood lipid lowering granules with chitosan and Chinese materia medica Methods: Synthesizing watersoluble carboxymethyl chitosan,extracting active component from Hawthorn leaf,Cassia seed et al,dispensing compound granules,observing toxic and clinic test Results: The quality of the granules is stable,preparing process is matureTC,TG decreased by 842%,692% respectively,and HDLCh increased by 688% in 30 patients with hyperlipidmia Conclusion: The granule is considered to be a safer and effective preparation for hyperlipidemia\=
