摘要
探讨成功心肺复苏中合适的急救团队人数。采用回顾性分析方法，对64例实施心肺复苏成功的心搏骤停患者临床资料进行对比分析。医生3人～4人组完成高质量胸外按压（46．9％）、气管插管（42．2％）的比率高于1人～2人组（P〈0．05），护士4人～5人组高质量完成相关操作优于2人～3人组（P〈0．05）。医师3人～4人、护士4人～5人可较高质量完成新指南心肺复苏术（cardiopulmonary resuscitation，CPR）操作要领，有利成功心肺复苏。
To study the proper emergency care personnel numbers in successful cardio pulmonary resuscitation （CPR）. The retrospective analytical method was used in this article. The clinical data of 64 cases with sudden cardiac arrest that saved successfully with CPR were analyzed. 3-4 doctors can complete external cardiac compression （46.9%）, trachea cannula （42.2 % ） with higher quality than 1-2 doctors （ P〈0. 05 ）, and 4-5 nurses can perform CPR in higher quality than 2- 3 nurses（ P〈0. 05 ）. It suggested that the team of 3-4 doctors and 4-5 nurses can ensure the higher quality CPR
