摘要
介绍用于射频制导导弹故障自动诊断系统的框架设计,列举了导弹故障模式种类,根据导弹综合测试与故障诊断的特点,遵循推理知识、测试知识和排故知识这样一种新的专家系统的分类方法,论述该系统的诊断原理及实现方法,阐述系统故障诊断功能工程化的特点及采用的关键技术。该系统已成功实现了对导弹电气故障的自动诊断。运行结果表明,该系统自动化程度高,诊断有效,操作使用方便,是一种新一代的导弹维护测试诊断系统。
This paper presents the frame design in automatic fault diagnosis for radiofrequency guided missile, and enumerates some kinds of fault modes. According to the characters of general test and fault diagnosis of missile, this paper keeps to such new methoas of knowledge classification as reasoning knowledge, test knowledge, fault-excluded knowledge, discusses the diagnosis theory and achievement methods, expatiates the characteristics of fault diagnosis engineering and key technologies. The system has an excellent performance on the automatic diagnosis to the missile's electric fault. The system has a high- degree of automation, and is efficient in diagnose, easy to operate, proved to be a new generation of maintenance, test and diagnosis system for missile.
