摘要
现代社会,婚宴消费是新人结婚消费中必不可少的部分,那么在婚宴消费中,消费者有什么样的消费心理,酒店如何根据消费者的消费心理进行营销创新,成为我们应该认真思考的问题。本文对举办婚宴的新人消费心理效应进行了分析,并提出了产品组合、婚宴产品设计创新、情感销售、口碑营销、完善优质服务等市场营销策略。
In modern society,wedding banquet consumption is an essential part of marriage.What kinds of consumer psychology do consumers have? What can the hotels do to innovate the marketing methods according to the consumer psychology? These are questions worth seriously considering.This article analyzes the consumer psychological effect of newly married couples who hold the wedding banquet,and puts forward some marketing strategies,such as products mixtures,products design,innovation wedding,emotional marketing,public praise marketing and perfecting the services.
