摘要
目的探讨超高龄老人白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效及并发症特点。方法62例（62眼）80岁以上老人行白内障囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入术。对术后视力及并发症进行分析。结果脱盲率为85．96％，脱残率为43．55％，严重葡萄膜反应8眼，前房出血7眼，角膜内皮失代偿2眼，角膜缘切口裂开1眼。结论超高龄老人白内障术后视力预后相对较差，并发症相对较多，手术有一定风险。
Objective To study the result and complications after cataract ex traction with intraocular lens implantation in aged(>80 years).Meth ods 62 patients(62 eyes)who underwent cataract extraction with iOL implantation were retrospectively analyzed.Results After operation 85.96% patients were relieved from blindness,43.55% rehabilityed from low vision. lritis, Corneal incompensation and hepema were most likely to develop as the complication after operation.Conclusions Results af ter operation are comparatively not satisfactive.The complications after operation are relatively likely to develop.
