摘要
超超临界机组冷段再热蒸汽管道材料的选择主要取决于冷段再热蒸汽管道的设计温度、汽轮机制造厂的特殊要求以及机组最恶劣的运行工况。管道材料必须满足机组在运行、试验、启动及停机期间可能出现的最高工作温度。对于国产引进技术生产的超超临界汽轮机,分析了各种工况下高压缸排汽温度升高的可能性。根据汽轮机高压缸的排汽温度、高压旁路配置容量以及旁路功能,提出了选择冷段再热蒸汽管道材料的相应方案。
The choice of material for cold reheat steam pipe of ultra supercritical unit mainly depends on the design temperature of the pipe, the special requirement of turbine manufacturer, and the most severe operation condition of unit. The pipe material should be satisfied for the possible highest working temperature whenever unit in operation, test, start-up or shutdown. For the domestic ultra supercritical steam turbine manufactured from imported technology, the rising possibility of HP cylinder exhaust temperature at miscellaneous conditions was analyzed. Based on the HP cylinder exhaust temperature, the different capability of the HP bypass and the different function of the HP bypass, the relevant choice of material for cold reheat steam pipe was proposed
