摘要
对我国中小型燃煤、燃油、燃气锅炉的NOx排放监测数据进行了统计分析,探讨了NOx的排放特征与管理控制现状。研究结果表明:燃煤锅炉中NOx排放质量浓度小于等于400.00m g/m3的锅炉占76%,NOx平均排放质量浓度为324.60m g/m3;燃油锅炉中NOx排放质量浓度小于等于400.00m g/m3的锅炉占84%,NOx平均排放质量浓度为318.20m g/m3;燃气锅炉中NOx排放质量浓度小于等于400.00m g/m3的锅炉占94%,NOx平均排放质量浓度为243.00m g/m3。建议采取分阶段逐步控制的方式减少我国中小型锅炉NOx的排放,逐步达到欧美发达国家的控制水平。
The statistical analysis on monitoring data of NOx emission from medium and small coal-, oil- and natural gas-fired boilers in China were carried out, and the NOx emission characteristics and the management control status were investigated. The research results indicate that: For 76% of the coal-fired boilers, the NOx emission mass concentration is less than or equal to 400 mg/m^3, and the average is 324.60 mg/m^3 ; For 84% of the oil-fired boilers, the NOx emission mass concentration is less than or equal to 400 mg/m^3 , and the average is 318.20 mg/m^3 ; For 94% of the natural gas-fired boilers, the NOx emission mass concentration is less than or equal to 400 mg/m^3, and the average is 243.00 mg/m^3. It is suggested that the mode of controlling stage-by-stage should be adopted to reduce the NOx emission from medium and small boilers in China and gradually achieve the control levels of occident developed countries.
