摘要
目的:研究益血口服液对成人细胞免疫功能及对小鼠骨髓造血细胞有丝分裂的影响。方法:将不同剂量益血宁口服液作用于12名健康男性受试者的外周血淋巴细胞,以氢化可的松为阳性对照,经淋巴细胞转化技术(LTT)处理,以形态学方法考察淋巴细胞转化百分率(LTP);以48只昆明种小鼠分为3组,以丝裂霉素C(MMC)为阳性对照,给药10d后取双侧股骨骨髓细胞,镜检计算其中的有丝分裂指数;同时考察了益血口服液中Fe2+,Zn2+,Cu2+含量。结果:益血口服液对提高细胞免疫功能在此范围有量效关系,对正常状态的动物有促进骨髓造血细胞有丝分裂的作用。结论:本品具有提高细胞免疫功能及促进骨髓造血细胞有丝分裂的作用,Fe2+,Zn2+离子含量较高,可能是其对营养性缺铁性贫血具有治疗效果的药理学基础。
OBJECtIVE To investigate the effects of Yixue oral solution on human cellular immune function and mitosis my- eloid elements of mice. METHODS Peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) from 12 healthy male subjects were added with Yixue oral solution in different contents, and hydrocortisone was used as positive control. PBL was observed by morphology method to investigate lymphocyte transformation percentage (LTP) after lymphocyte transformation test (LTT). 48 Kunming mice were divided to 3 groups and administrated with Yixue oral solution. Bilateral femur bone marrow cells was separated to calcu- late mitotic index (MI). Mitomycin (MMC) was applied as positive control. RESULTS The research confirmed that Yixue o- ral solution could improve the human cellular immune function with dose-effect dependent manner in certain range, and keep the promoting effect on mitosis of myeloid element of mice. CONCLUSION The Yixue oral solution was proved that it improved human immune function and promoted mitosis of myeloid element of mice. Combined with high Fe2+ and Zn2+ ion contents, that could be the pharmacological basis of Yixue oral solution on nutritional iron deficiency anemia.
