摘要
为了给四川沐川黄丹石英砂岩加工玻璃工业用石英砂提供科学依据,根据有害杂质Fe2O3主要以黄铁矿细小颗粒赋存于矿石中的特点,展开了浮选除铁提纯试验研究。多种浮选方案对比试验结果表明:采用组合捕收剂(乙基黄药∶丁基黄药=4∶1)反浮选法进行除铁提纯,能够取得明显的综合提纯效果;其优化工艺参数为:矿浆pH=5,矿浆浓度为20%,捕收剂用量为200g/t,浮选时间为15min,起泡剂2#油用量为75g/t;采用优化工艺参数,能够加工符合浮法玻璃工业用石英砂标准的石英砂:SiO298.882 t%,Al2O30.520 wt%,Fe2O30.030 t%。
In order to provide a scientific evidence for quartz sand processed in glass industry in Huangdan,Muchuan County of Sichuan,based on the characteristics that harmful impurities Fe2O3 mainly occurred in ore as pyrite fine particles,flotation of iron purification experiments were conducted on a variety of flotation plans.The results show that the anti-flotation of iron purification method used in collector(ethyl xanthate:butyl xanthate= 4∶1) could achieve a significant effect on the comprehensive purification.The optimizing process parameters are: pulp pH = 5,density 20%,the dose of collector 200g / t,flotation time 15min,the dose of frother 2# oil 75g /t.Through the optimal process parameters,the standard quartz sand used in float glass industry could be processed: SiO2 98.882 t%,Al2O3 0.520 t%,Fe2O3 0.030 t%.
