摘要
为有效防治马铃薯早疫病,测定了马铃薯早疫病菌对腐霉利和戊唑醇的敏感性与敏感性基线。2008~2009年在黑龙江省共分离了60株马铃薯早疫病病菌,并利用生长速率法测定了这些菌株对腐霉利和戊唑醇的敏感性。结果表明:不同年份和不同地区分离的马铃薯早疫病菌对腐霉利的敏感性无显著差异,其敏感性呈连续的单峰曲线分布,EC50值在0.3472~8.1799μg/mL之间,最不敏感菌株的EC50值是最敏感菌株的23.56倍,平均值为4.4457±0.6019μg/mL,未出现敏感性下降的抗药性群体,因此可作为马铃薯早疫病菌对腐霉利的敏感性基线。不同年份分离的马铃薯早疫病菌对戊唑醇的敏感性之间无显著差异,但不同地区分离的马铃薯早疫病菌有一定的差异,其敏感性呈连续的单峰曲线分布,EC50值在3.0903~23.5613μg/mL之间,最不敏感菌株的EC50值是最敏感菌株的7.62倍,平均值为10.3584±1.6331μg/mL,未出现敏感性下降的抗药性群体,因此可作为马铃薯早疫病菌对戊唑醇的敏感性基线。总之,腐霉利和戊唑醇可作为马铃薯早疫病的防治药剂,但应注意监测其抗药性的动态变化。
To control potato early blight effectively,this experiment determined to the analysis and establishment of sensitivity and baseline-sensitivity of Alternaria solani isolates to procymidone and tebuconazole.A total of 60 A.solani isolates collected from Heilongjiang provinces in 2008~2009 were determined for sensitivity to procymidone and tebuconazole in vitro by using growth rate method.The results showed that there were no significant differences of sensitivity to procymidone between A.solani isolates collected from different locations and various years.Their sensitivities distributed as a unimodal curve.EC50 values ranged from 0.3472μg/mL to 8.1799μg/mL,and the sensitivity of the most insensitive strain was 23.56 folds of that of the most sensitive strain,with a mean of 4.4457±0.6019μg/mL,which can be used as baseline-sensitivity of A.solani to procymidone.Similarly,there was no significant difference of sensitivity to tebuconazole between A.solani isolates collected from various years,but there was significant difference of sensitivity to tebuconazole between A.solani isolates collected from different locations.Their sensitivities distributed as a unimodal curve.EC50 values ranged from 3.0903μg/mL to 23.5613μg/mL,and the sensitivity of the most insensitive strain was 7.62 folds of that of the most sensitive strain,with a mean of 10.3584±1.6331μg/mL,which can be used as baseline-sensitivity of A.solani to terbuconazole.In conclusion,procymidone and terbuconazole could be used to control potato early blight in Heilongjiang province,but we should pay attention to monitor dynamic changes of resistance of A.solani to procymidone and terbuconazole in future.
