摘要
介绍了磁致伸缩技术的基本原理,并研制基于磁致伸缩导波技术的缆索无损检测设备。对设备中的3大系统:激励信号发生系统、功率放大系统和导波检测系统进行说明,并分析采用设备进行缆索损伤定位的原理。设计制作带缺陷试验缆索进行大量检测试验,对检测数据进行细致分析,结果表明:磁致伸缩技术和研制的无损检测设备可较好地实现缆索损伤定位;传感器无需通过缺陷部位,远距离即可检测出缺陷,导波检测精度与缺陷和传感器之间距离有关,在导波检测范围内,传感器越靠近缺陷,检测精度越高。
The basic theory and test principle of magnetostrictive technology were described.The nondestructive testing equipment for cable based on magnetostrictive technology was developed.Three systems in the equipment,including incentive signal generating system,power amplifying system and guided wave testing system,were explained.Moreover,the principle of cable damnification positioning by the equipment was analyzed.Testing cables with defects were designed and manufactured,and the experiment data were acquired and analyzed.The results show that(1) the magnetostrictive technology and the developed testing equipment can realize the cable damnification positioning well;(2) the sensor can detect damage in the distance,without contacting the damage position;(3) the testing precision and deficiency of guided wave are related to the distance between sensors,the closer the sensor nears damage,the higher the testing precision in the testing range of guided wave.
