摘要
信任与知识共享行为之间存在紧密的联系。人们之间的认知信任水平越高,情感信任水平越高,制度信任对认知信任和情感信任越具有积极的影响;制度信任、认知信任对显性知识共享行为的影响越显著,情感信任对隐性知识共享行为的影响越显著;隐性知识共享行为对显性知识共享行为的影响越显著。企业可以通过提高隐性知识共享水平、创造良好的人际信任环境、建立完善的制度信任三方面来提高知识共享能力。
There is a close relation between trust and knowledge sharing behavior.The research shows that the higher of the level of cognition-based trust,the higher level of the affect-based trust.The institutional-based trust has positive influence on both cognition-based trust and affect-based trust.Institutional-based trust and cognition-based trust have great influence on explicit knowledge sharing behavior while the affect-based trust produces an effect on tacit knowledge sharing behavior,meanwhile the tacit knowledge sharing behavior impacts on that of explicit knowledge sharing.The enterprise can improve its capability of knowledge sharing by enhancing tacit knowledge sharing,creating a harmonious interpersonal trust environment and establishing perfect institutional-based trust.
