教师专业发展的境界:形成教师个人的教育哲学 被引量:55

摘要 当前,在促进教师专业发展的过程中,不少教师与培训者往往将教师专业发展定位于教师对知识的掌握和对教学技能与技巧的提高上,这种认识有碍于教师专业水平的进一步提高。构建或形成教师个人的教育哲学,包括教育理念、教育观念、教师形象,是教师专业发展的另一种视角。个人教育哲学的建构,可以使教师在专业水平上达到一种全新的境界。 Currently, when facilitating teachers' professional development, a great number of teachers and teacher-trainers still view the mastery of subject knowledge and enhance- ment of teaching skills as its main purpose and task. This thesis argues that this idea will hinder the further improvement of teachers' professional standard and provides another angle of view on teachers' professional development, that is, to form or construct teachers' personal educational philosophy which includes educational idea, educational concept and teacher's image and thus promotes teachers' professional standard to a brand-new level through the establishment of personal educational philosophy.
