摘要
采用低温冷冻、超高速离心技术提取水产品中的孔雀石绿、结晶紫及其代谢产物,并通过分析几种国标方法的优缺点,对方法的若干步骤进行探讨,改进了水产品中孔雀石绿、结晶紫及其代谢产物的检测方法。方法的回收率为78.3%-100.9%,检出限为0.5μg/垤,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.3%-7.1%(n=6)。该方法操作简便,适用于水产品中孔雀石绿、结晶紫及其代谢产物残留量的检测。
The low - temperature freezing and ultra - high - speed centrifugal technology were used to extract malachite green, crystal violet and its corresponding leuco compounds in aquatic products. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvanta- ges of several standard methods and the discussion on method of several steps, the methods were improved for the determination of malachite green, crystal violet and its corresponding leuco compounds in aquatic products. The recovery rate Was 78.3% - 100.9%, deterction limit was 0.5 μg/kg, and thd RSD was 1.3% - 7.1% ( n = 6). The method is easy to operate and suitable for the determin of malachite green crystral violet and its corresponding leuco compounds residues in aquatic products.
