摘要
目的:了解不同品牌镍钛弓丝的抗腐蚀性。方法:配制人工:唾液并调节PH值分别为4.0及6.75,选择临床常用的四种不同品牌的镍钛弓丝,剪取末端直断浸泡在人下唾液中,并保存于37℃电子恒温箱中,分别于1d、7d、28d时取出样本观察弓丝的色泽改变,比较不同品牌镍钛弓丝的抗腐蚀性。结果:本实验中的四种品牌的镍钛弓丝经过PH4.0和PH6.75的人工唾液浸泡1d、7d、28d后与未处理的样本比较均未发生色泽的改变。结论:上述四种品牌的镍钛弓丝SMT、SL、3M、TP,具有良好的耐腐蚀性。
Objective To learn the corrosion resistance of different types of NiTi wires. Methods Prepared the artificial saliva,and adjusted the pH to 4.0 and 6.75 respectively. Selected the straight pans of four types of NiTi orthodontic wires. Then put them into artifical and maintaine at 37℃ electrical heated thermostat. After dislodaged the spieces for 1 day,7 days and 28 days respectively,we observed the changing of color. Result In this test,The changing of color for four types of commercial NiTi orthodontic wires did not appeared in artificial saliva at 37℃ ,when pH between 4.0 and 6.25 in different periods( 1,7,28 d). Conclusion Four types of com- mercial NiTi wies(SMT,SL,3M,TP) have good corrosion resistance.
