C-反应蛋白与妊娠期糖尿病相关性的临床研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨C-反应蛋(CRP)与妊娠期糖尿病(GDU)之间的关系。方法随机选取在自治区人民医院及新疆生产建设兵团医院就诊的孕妇共392名为研究对象,将研究对象分为妊娠期糖尿病组(GDM)、妊娠期糖耐量异常组(IGT)、葡萄糖耐量正常组(NGT)、对照组,比较各组在妊娠不同阶段的血清CRP水平,采用方差分析进行数据统计处理。结果GDM组的CRP水平显著高于NGT组、IGT组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CRP与GDM的发生有相关性,对GDM有一定的预测价值。
