摘要
停止训练即停止规律性运动。在现代体育运动中,停止训练对机体生物学功能的影响作用已引起人们的高度关注。从停止训练与肌卫星细胞数量的变化、停止训练与肌卫星细胞的激活和成肌调节因子的变化、停止训练与肌核域和骨骼肌蛋白质合成的变化、停止训练期间不同类型肌纤维卫星细胞变化与肌纤维的选择性萎缩等方面就停止训练期间肌卫星细胞的诸多生物学变化、机制及其对肌肉萎缩的可能性作用进行综述。
Detraining is to stop regular exercise training.In modern sport,the impact of the training detraining on the biological function has caused the great concern of people.This paper reviewed a lot of biological changes in muscle satellite cells and the possibility of effects on muscle atrophy from detraining and changes in muscle satellite cells,detraining and muscle satellite cell activation and changes in myogenic regulatory factor,detraining and muscle protein synthesis and changes of the nuclear domain,and the change of satellite cells and muscle atrophy during the detraining.
