摘要
目的探讨护士职业生涯规划的辅导内容和方式,提高护士的职业生涯规划水平,促进护士个人发展,以稳定、优化护理队伍,提高护理质量。方法对某三级甲等医院呼吸科35名护士进行职业生涯规划辅导,辅导的方式为集体辅导、个人自我分析、他人互评、护士长与个人讨论、护士制订个人职业生涯规划、护士长对护士持续职业生涯管理,对护士进行访谈。结果 32名护士制订了符合自身的职业生涯规划,护士认为如何科学制订职业生涯规划和明确职业生涯策略内容最为实用有效,最有效的辅导方式是集体辅导后小组讨论及与护士长单独讨论。结论职业生涯规划辅导可以帮助护士洞察自己的潜能和制订职业生涯发展规划,对护士的职业生涯发展具有实用性,增强护士在护理专业生涯发展的自信心,提高护士工作满意度。
Objective To explore the training content and approach of nurses' career planning,in order to improve the nurses' career planning,promote their personal development,stabilize and optimize nursing team,and improve the quality of nursing service.Methods The career planning training was implemented among 35 nurses in respiratory department in a top first-class hospital,and the training approach included group counseling,self evaluation,peer assessment,discussion between head nurse and nurses,nurses making self-career planning program,head nurse continuously managing nurses' career planning,and interviewing with nurses.Results Thirty-two nurses made appropriate career plans.The nurses thought that how to scientifically make career planning and ascertain career strategic contents was the most practical and effective.The most effective training approach was group discussion after group counseling and interviewing with nurses independently.Conclusion Career planning training is practical to nurses' career development,and it can help nurses to find out their potency and make career planning program,strengthen nurses' confidence in nursing career development,and improve nurses' job satisfaction.
