摘要
[目的]了解大连市西岗区美容美发店卫生现状,加强对美容美发行业的指导、监督和管理。[方法]2008年3-6月对西岗区辖区120家美容美发店的卫生管理工作进行调查,采集美容美发用品进行检测。[结果]调查120家美容美发店,98.33%持有有效卫生许可证,69.17%设置卫生管理机构及专兼职管理人员,69.17%建立卫生管理制度、消毒制度,21.67%建立传染病报告制度,10.83%建立公共卫生事件应急预案,41.67%清面时工作人员戴口罩,76.67%能正常使用消毒间或消毒设施,75.83%使用有卫生许可批件的消毒药物。调查从业人员468名,上岗服务持有有效健康证的占75.21%。检查化妆品379份,相关卫生许可证、许可批件、产品检验报告合格率为48.28%,标签标识内容合格为91.29%。检测公共用品240份,4份检出金黄色葡萄球菌,9份检出大肠菌群。[结论]西岗区美容美发场所卫生状况基本良好。
[Objective] To understand the hygienic status of beauty and hairdresser salons in Xigang district,Dalian city,so as to strengthen their guidance,inspection and management.[Methods]From March to June,2008,120 beauty and hairdresser salons in Xigang district and their appliances were investigated.[Results]98.33% owned the valid sanitary certificate,69.17% set up hygiene management institutions,full-time and part-time managers,69.17% set up hygiene management system and sterilization system,21.67% set up infectious disease report system,10.83% set up measures against the public health emergency,41.76% of the salons in which the workers wore the respirator,76.67% of the salons sterilization room and appliances were available,75.83% used the sterilization medicines permitted by the hygiene organizations.Of the 468 workers investigated,75.21% had the valid health certificate.Among the 379 cosmetics,and its relevant hygiene certificate,qualification rate of product tests＇ report was 48.28%,while the label content qualification was 91.29%.Among 240 public appliances,4 were tested with staphylococcus,and 9 were tested with coli group.[Conclusion]The hygienic status of beauty and hairdresser salons is basically qualified in Xigang district,Dalian.
