本文介绍了一种基于HMI控制的数控机床电气控制系统的功能,基本工作原理。从HMI上位机、锁相伺服控制系统、进刀系统三个功能部件展开说明,最后还介绍了本系统的操作、运行、通讯和维护的相应说明。
This article describes the function of HMI-based electrical control system of numerical control lathe and its basic principle.we expand the description from three features：HMI upper machine,Phase-locked servo control system and feeding system.Finally,we describes the operation of the system,operation,communication and maintenance of the corresponding instructions
