摘要
目的观察长春西汀对突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法 80例突聋患者随机分为两组,治疗前作血液系统检查用纯音测听检查。长春西汀组给予长春西汀氯化钠注射液200 ml(10 mg)静脉缓滴,对照组给予低分子右旋糖酐500 ml、ATP 100 mg,静脉滴注,1次/日,8天为一个疗程。结果长春西汀组有效率45%(18/40),长春西汀疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论长春西汀治疗突发性耳聋效果理想,应首选。
Objective To observe the efficiency of Vinpocetine sodium chloride injection in sudden deafness. Methods The 80 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. Routine blood tests and pure tone audiometry before treatment. The vinpocetine sodium group was received Vinpocetine sodium chloride injection 200 ml, one time/day, by i. v drop. The control group was received Dextran and Amino Acid Injection 500 ml and ATP I00 mg one time/day, by i. v drop. Results The effective rate of the vinpocetine sodium group and the control group was 80% and 45% repectiveiy. The difference was significant（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Vinpocetine sodium is more effective in treating sudden deafness and should be the first chose.
