摘要
乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检(Sentinel lymph node biopsy,SLNB)是乳腺外科领域在20世纪90年代中的一个里程碑。淋巴转移是乳腺癌重要的转移方式,前哨淋巴结(sentinel lymph node,SLN)是淋巴转移必经的第一站淋巴结。以SLNB评价腋窝淋巴转移的情况为乳腺癌的手术提供了全新的思路。通过这种微创方法可以筛查出腋窝淋巴结无转移的患者,避免不必要的腋窝清扫,保证了患者的美观和上肢功能。SLNB的活检方法主要有蓝染技术、淋巴放射显影技术、蓝染与淋巴放射显影结合技术。
Sentinel lymph node biopsy is a milestone in the field of breast surgery during the 1990s.Lymph node metastasis is an important method of breast cancer,and sentinel lymph node is an essential first stop of lymphatic metastasis.The evaluation of axillary lymph node metastases by SLNB provides a new way of thinking for the surgery of breast cancer.In this minimally invasive way,patients without axillary lymph node metastasis can be screened out to avoid unnecessary axillary dissection, which ensure patients' appearance and upper limb function.SLNB biopsy method includes blue staining,lymphatic radioactive imaging technique,blue stained lymphatic autoradiography combined with the technology.
