摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸麻黄碱的含量,以苯巴比妥为内标,以磷酸二氢钾(005mol/L)-甲醇(53∶47)为流动相,检测波长在257nm,在6094μg~36566μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=09999,回收率为10033%(n=8),RSD为10%。
A HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride Tablet was described. The mobile phase is KH 2PO 4(0 05mol/L)-methanol(53∶47), detection wavelength is 257nm, and the internal standard is phenobarbital. The linear correlation was good in the range of 6 094~36 566μg of ephedrine hydrochloride (r=0 9999). The average recovery was 100 33%(n=8) and the relative standard deviation was 1 0%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
