气相色谱法测定不同采收月份和年限金钗石斛中石斛碱 被引量:19

摘要 目的:测定不同采收月份和年限金钗石斛中石斛碱的含量,探索不同采收月份和年限石斛碱含量变化规律。方法:采用气相色谱法测定不同采收月份和年限金钗石斛中石斛碱的含量。结果:不同采收月份中,9月份石斛碱含量最低,为0.239%,1月份石斛碱含量最高,达0.559%,不同采收年限中,一年生石斛碱含量最高,达0.546%。结论:不同月份、不同年限的金钗石斛中石斛碱均有明显差异,实验为金钗石斛采收期的确定提供评价依据。 Objective:To determine the content of dendrobine in Dendrobium nobil from different collection periods,to discover the inherent rule about the content change owing to different collection periods.Method:Determinate the content of dendrobine in D.nobil from different collection periods by gas chromatography.Result:The content of dendrobine varies in different harvest time,with 0.239% at the lowest point in September and 0.559% at the highest point in January.The dendrobine content of the annuals is 0.546%,which is the largest among that of different harvest years.Conclusion:This offered evidence to determine the most appropriate harvest time for D.nobil.
