摘要
探讨对集体落纱细纱长车进行紧密赛络纺改造的途径与效果。针对集体落纱装置细纱长车的结构与技术特点,通过正确选择负压电机、采用变径器控制负压差,优选负压值,合理配置钢丝圈和锭速,采用陶瓷集聚导纱钩控制纺纱段及导纱角等措施,结果成功地进行了紧密赛络纺改造,与普通赛络纺相比,纺纱质量提高,断头率降低,满足了使用要求,达到了技术改造的预期目的。
Methods and effect of 1 200 spindles spinning frame with auto doffing transformed into siro-compact spinning were discussed. According to the technology characteristics and form of 1 200 spindles spinning frame with auto doffing, through selecting negative pressure motor correctly, using reducer to control negative pressure difference, selecting negative pressure value, disposing the ring traveler and spindle speed reasonably, using ceramic gathered guide wire to control spinning section and guide angle,the 1 200 spindles spinning frame with auto doffing can be transformed into siro-compact spinning successfully, the yarn quality can be improved and the broken ends can be reduced contrasted with normal siro-spinning yarn, operational requirements can be satisfied, and the technological transformation can be achieved.
