摘要
在非离子型微乳液(OP/n-C5H11OH/n-C7H16/H2O)存在下,乙基紫与磷钼钒杂多酸在0.7~1.0 mol/L H2SO4介质中形成吸附型离子缔合物,该缔合物的组成为磷钼钒杂多酸:乙基紫=1:2,最大吸收波长为612 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.58×l05L.mol-1.cm-1,磷质量浓度在0.026~0.4μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,检测限为0.4μg/50 mL,用该方法测定了钢中的磷,RSD<5%。
Ethyl violet can form an adsorption ion-association complex with phosphorus-molybdenum-vanadium heteropoly acid at 0.7 ~ 1.0 mol/L sulfuric acid medium by using the nonionic(O/w) microemulsion(OP/n-C5H11OH/n-C7H16/H2O).The composition ratio of phosphorus-vanadium-molybdenum heteropoly acid / ethyl violet is 1:2.The maximum absorption wavelength of the ion-association complex is 612 nm.The apparent molar absorption coefficient is 1.58×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer′s law is obeyed in the concentration rang of 0.26~0.40 μg/mL for phosphorus.The detection limit is 8.0×10-3 μg/mL.The method is applied to determination of phosphorus in the steel samples,the relative standard deviation is less than 5%,and the results are satisfactory.
