粮食物流企业供应链效率及其影响因素分析——基于吉林省38家粮食物流企业的调查 被引量:10

Analysis of Influencing Factor and Supply Chain Efficiency of Crop Logistics Company——Based on the Investigation on 38 Crop Logistic Companies of Jilin Province

摘要 文章根据吉林省38家粮食物流企业的调查数据,运用层次分析法对粮食物流企业供应链的合作效率与运营效率进行研究,构建供应链效率矩阵。研究结果表明,合作效率指标中的合作化水平、合作形式、密切程度权重分别为0.4231、0.3259和0.2510;运营效率指标中的操作水平、信息化水平、计划控制能力和产品质量管理权重分别为0.3043、0.2829、0.2139和0.1988。38家粮食物流企业在所构建的供应链效率矩阵第一、二、三、四象限中的分布为1家、2家、31家和4家,大部分企业物流管理水平低下。为提高粮食物流企业供应链效率,必须加强供应链合作伙伴关系协调管理,提高粮食物流企业合作绩效,加强商品粮大省粮食物流企业"四散化"运输建设,发挥粮食物流企业在粮食供应链中的重要作用。 Based on the investigation on 38 crop logistic companies of Jilin province, the authors study on cooperation efficiency and operation efficiency using the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and build the efficiency matrix of supply chain. The results show: among the indexes of cooperation efficiency, the weights of systematization level, cooperation level, and close strength are 0.4231, 0.3259, and 0.2510 respectively; while in the operation efficiency's indexes, the weights of operation level, level of IT application, capacity of plan and control, and quality management of product are 0.3043,0.2829,0.2139, and 0.1988 respectively. Distribution status of 38 crop logistic companies in the efficiency matrix of supply chain is as follows: in the first quadrant, the number is one; and two in the second quadrant; and thirty one in the third quadrant; in the fourth quadrant, there are four companies. To improve the supply chain efficiency of crop logistics enterprises, we must strengthen the coordinated management of the partners in the supply chain, improve the performance of cooperation among crop logistics enterprises, give full play to the role crop logistics enterprises play in crop supply chain, and so on.
