花卉培育土中嗜肺军团菌污染状况初步调查 被引量:11

Preliminary Investigation of Legionella pneumophila Contamination in Potting Soil

摘要 目的调查花卉培育土中嗜肺军团菌的污染状况。方法于2009年7—9月采集公共场所室内盆栽花盆中的花卉培育土、市售袋装花卉培育土和有机肥花卉培育土。以巢式PCR方法扩增嗜肺军团菌种Mip基因,以琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测扩增产物。同时以荧光定量PCR进行检测。结果花卉培育土中嗜肺军团菌巢式PCR检测阳性率为51.9%(27/52),荧光定量PCR检测阳性率为73.1%(38/52),平均浓度为90 060 copies/g。结论花卉培育土中存在嗜肺军团菌污染。 Objective To investigate the contamination condition of Legionella pneumophila in the potting soil.Methods Potting soil in the flowerpot located in the public place,commercial packaged potting soil and organic fertilized potting soil were collected.Nested-PCR and realtime PCR based on Mip gene was used to detect Legionella pneumophila.Results The Legionella positive rate of potting soil sample was 51.9%(27/52) by nested-PCR and 73.1%(38/52) by real-time TaqMan PCR,with a mean copy number of 90 060 copies/g soil.Conclusion There is Legionella pneumophila contamination in the potting soil.
