摘要
医疗卫生体制改革以来,我国公立医院得到长足发展,医疗服务提供能力大幅提高,但医院管理体制和运行机制方面等深层次的矛盾也逐渐暴露,效率与公平的矛盾日渐突出。面对客观环境的深刻变化,公立医院只有通过完善绩效管理机制,不断推动医院发展,才能成功转型。构建一套医院绩效评估指标体系,可以为医院管理者提供有效的管理方法和决策依据,有助其准确把握发展趋势,实现公立医院的全面、协调和可持续发展。
During the medical reform, public hospitals in China have obtained great progress and improved the ability of medical services. However, with the contradictions in a gradual exposure of public hospitals, the problems in the management system and operation mechanism have become acute. With the imperative challenges of enhancing performance, construction of performance evaluation index system in a large general hospital will provide hospital administrators effective management and decision-making and help grasp the trend of development accurately to promote the growth of the hospital and to realize comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development in public hospitals.
