摘要
对肘杆机构压力机而言,滑块行程和有效压力行程较大,由于间隙和摩擦的存在,当结构设计不合理时,滑块在上死点的受力情况恶劣甚至发生自锁。针对这种现象,对滑块在上死点的受力进行分析,给出了滑块自锁条件。采用虚拟样机技术对结构进行分析,提出了结构的改进措施。改进后的分析结果表明,滑块受力情况和运动平稳性有了显著改善,改进后的结构可以满足工作要求。
The whole stroke of slider and effective stroke under rated loading are all large for elbow-bar press.Because of unreasonable structure,the slider at the upper dead position would be in a bad condition under loading,or even engender self-locking due to existence of clearance and friction.According to this phenomenon,forces acting on the slider at the upper dead point were analyzed.The structure of the press was analyzed by using the virtual prototype technology.Some improvements were proposed for the structure.The analysis results of improved structure show that the loaded condition and the movement stability of the slider have been improved significantly,and the improved structure can meet the work requirements.
