超支化聚酯的合成及其对PET纤维的改性研究 被引量:4

摘要 以三羟甲基丙烷作为中心核,二羟甲基内酸为合成单体,对甲苯磺酸作为催化剂,采用一步法分别合成了第二代、第三代、第四代不同代数的端羟基超支化聚酯(HBP),并对其结构进行了表征。将不同代数的HBP与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)共混纺丝制备了HBP/PET共混纤维,研究了纤维的流变性能、力学性能、染色性能和吸湿性能。结果表明:合成的不同代数的HBP结构单一,存在大量羟基;HBP/PET共混物表现出非牛顿流体特征;HBP/PET共混纤维的染色性和吸湿性提高,力学性能下降,但随着HBP代数增加,共混纤维断裂强度增加。HBP质量分数为2%时,第四代HBP/PET共混纤维的断裂强度达2.72 cN/dtex,上染率达47.6%,回潮率达0 817%。 With p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst, the second-, third- and fourth-generation hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester (HBP) was synthesized from trimethylolpropane as a core and dimethylolpropionic acid as a monomer by onestep process. The structure of HBP was characterized. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) was blended with HBP of different generations and was spun into HBP/PET blend fibers. The theological behavior, mechanical properties, dyeing behavior and hygroscopicity of the fibers were studied. The results showed that the obtained HBP of different generations had single structure and contained lots of hydroxyl groups ; HBP/PET blend exhibited the characteristics of non-Newtonian fluid ; and the dyeing behavior and hygroscopicity of HBP/PET blend fibers were improved, and the mechanical properties were decreased. The breaking strength of blend fibers was increased with the increase of HBP generation. The dye up-take of HBP/PET blend fiber of the fourth generation was 47.6% , the moisture regain was 0. 817% , and the breaking strength was 2.72 eN/dtex as the content of HBP was 2% by mass fraction.
