摘要
针对当前纤维定性鉴别方法存在的不足,采用拉曼光谱分析法定性鉴别。通过对纺织纤维原始拉曼谱图的特性分析,经过光谱预处理得到信噪比更高的标准拉曼谱图,建立了拉曼谱图特征表数据库,实现了纺织纤维的定性鉴别。实验结果表明:拉曼光谱定性分析法可快速定性鉴别纺织纤维,尤其适合于合成纤维及其混纺织物,对环境温湿度无特殊要求,样品无需烘干处理及制样,具有简便、快速和环保的优点,含荧光的染料或部分黑色染料以及纤维熔点是影响拉曼光谱法定性分析的主要因素。
A new qualitative identification method—Raman spectroscopy was provided against the shortage of current qualitative identification method of textile fibers.The normalized Raman spectrograms with higher SNR were achieved by preprocessing the raw Raman spectrogram based on the property analysis of Raman spectrograms of textile fibers.A database of typical Raman spectrograms was established,and qualitative analysis of textile fibers was realized.The results showed that the textile fibers can be qualitatively identified quickly by Raman spectroscopy,with no special requirements of temperature or humanity,no drying process,and it has advantages of simplicity,speediness,and protecting environment,and is especially suitable for the synthetic fibers and their blended fabrics.The test result was influenced mainly by fluorescent dyes,some black dyes,and melting point of fiber.
