摘要
针对合流制泵站溢流污水的特点,通过与传统工艺处理效果对比,采用磁絮凝法进行处理,即在投加絮凝剂的同时投加磁种,并引入磁场来促进絮凝过程。从磁种投加量、磁种-絮凝剂投配比、磁感应强度、pH和沉降时间等方面研究磁絮凝法处理泵站溢流污水的优越性。结果表明,当磁种投加量为250 mg.L-1、絮凝剂投加量为2.5 mL.L-1、磁感应强度为50 mT、pH为6时处理效果最好。采用磁絮凝法处理泵站溢流污水降低了絮凝过程中的沉降时间,节约了成本。
According to the characteristics of pumping overflow sewage in combined system,through the comparison of effect with the traditional process,introducing magnetic flocculation process,namely hair in adding a magnetic flux while adding flocculants,and magnetic was introduced to promote flocculation process.From a dosing quantity,the optimum proportion of magnetic and flocculation,the magnetic field strength,pH and flocculation time to study the superiority of magnetic flocculation treatment of sewage.The results showed that,when a dosing quantity for the magnetic was 250 mg·L-1,as for flocculation 2.5 mL·L-1,field strength 50 mT,pH=6,the treatment achieved the best.What was more,using magnetic flocculation to handle pumping overflow sewage,subsidence time of flocculation process can be reduced,so it cost much less.
