摘要
研究不同外源激素和种苗大小对当归成药期茎叶和根部可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸、可溶性糖含量变化动态的影响。结果表明,外源激素和种苗大小对当归茎叶生理变化影响较大,根部相对不敏感。当归茎叶和根部可溶性糖含量均呈"缓增-剧增-降低"的变化趋势;茎叶和根部可溶性蛋白含量变化总体呈"升-降-升"趋势,NAA处理含量高于CTK和GA3处理;茎叶游离氨基酸含量呈"M"形变化,根部游离氨基酸含量变化曲线呈双峰型,100 mg/L NAA处理的中苗促进游离氨基酸含量的积累。说明在当归成药前期,100 mg/L NAA处理增加了中苗可溶性蛋白和游离氨基酸含量,不利于早期抽薹的发生;100 mg/L GA3处理增加大苗可溶性糖含量,促进早期抽薹的发生。
Influences of different exogenous hormones and seedling sizes on dynamic content changes of soluble protein,free amino acids and soluble sugar in stem,leaf and root during medicine formation period were studied.The results showed that exogenous hormone and seedling size had significant influences on physiological changes of stem and leaf of Angelica sinensis while the influences on physiological changes of root were relatively insensitive.The content of soluble sugar in stem,leaf and root of Angelica sinensis all showed a trend of "slow increase-quick increase-decrease";the content of soluble protein in stem,leaf and root all showed a general trend of "increase-decrease-increase",and it in NAA treatment was higher than that in CTK treatment and GA3 treatment;the content of free amino acids showed a "M" shape change in stem and leaf but a bimodal curve in root;using 100 mg/L of NAA to treat medium seedlings could promote the accumulation of free amino acids.Therefore,it indicated that in early medicine formation period of Angelica sinensis,100 mg/L of NAA increased contents of soluble protein and free amino acids in medium seedlings which is not beneficial to premature bolting,but 100 mg/L of GA3 increased content of soluble sugar in big seedlings which can promote premature bolting.
