摘要
介绍了220kV线路断线故障经过和临时处理措施,通过对断线样品进行拉力、通流、电镜和能谱分析等机械、电气性能对比试验和检测,分析导线断线原因。指出故障前断口处导线已存在显著的通流缺陷,同时由于线路运行年限较长机械强度下降,因局部发热恶性循环发展和强度逐步丧失最终导致小负荷电流下导线断线。强调要控制线路负荷和加强红外测温,及时消除线路安全隐患,并尽快实施故障线路技改工程。
The paper introduces line break failure and temporary treatment measures of 220 kV overhead transmission line, then gives the reasons for disconnection of wires through performance mechanical and electrical comparison tests of the broken samples such as pull test, current carrier and temperature rising test, electron microscopy test and energy spectrum analysis. Points out that as a long line running years, the wire had existed significant defects of machinery and electricity before the fracture, and then led to wire break under a small load current due to vicious cycle of local heat development and gradual loss of strength. At the end this paper, stresses the need to control load current and infrared temperature measurement to remove security risks of line, and suggests taking out technical transformation project of fault line as soon as possible.
