摘要
采用铜模真空吸铸法、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、示差扫描量热分析仪(DSC)及振动样品磁强计(VSM),研究稀土元素Y及Fe/Co比例变化对Fe-CoBSiNb(Y)系合金的玻璃形成能力、热稳定性及磁性能影响。实验结果表明,添加4%(原子分数)的Y有利于(Fe0.5Co0.5)72B19.2Si4.8Nb4合金玻璃形成能力的提高;随着Fe/Co比例的增加,(FexCo1-x)72B19.2Si4.8Nb4和[(Fe1-xCox)0.72B0.192Si0.048Nb0.04]96Y4合金系的过冷液相区(ΔTx)减小,玻璃形成能力下降,但饱和磁化强度均逐渐增大;添加稀土元素Y后,[(Fe1-xCox)0.72B0.192Si0.048Nb0.04]96Y4非晶合金的饱和磁化强度均有一定程度的下降。
In the present paper,the copper-mold vacuum suction casting,X-ray diffractometer(XRD),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) were adopted to study the effects of rare earth element Y additions and Ni/Co ratios on the glass forming abilities(GFAs),thermal stabilities and magnetic properties of FeCoNiBSiNb(Y) bulk amorphous alloys.An addition of 4at%-Y will benefit the improvement of the GFA of(Fe0.5Co0.5)72B19.2Si4.8Nb4 alloy.With increasing Fe/Co content,the supercooled regions of(FexCo1-x)72B19.2Si4.8Nb4 and [(Fe1-xCox)0.72B0.192Si0.048Nb0.04]96Y4 amorphous alloys both decrease gradually,indicating the reduction of the GFAs,while the saturation magnetization increases gradually.After the addition of Y,the saturation magnetizations of [(Fe1-xCox)0.72B0.192Si0.048Nb0.04]96Y4 amorphous alloys decline to a certain degree.
