碲化镉量子点/聚(3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩)-聚苯乙烯磺酸复合纳米微球的原位聚合与光学性质 被引量:2

摘要 通过原位种子聚合构筑了碲化镉量子点(CdTe QDs)/聚(3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩)-聚苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT-PSS)复合纳米微球。利用扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱及荧光发射光谱对其形貌、结构、光学吸收性质及光致发光性能进行了测试分析。研究结果表明,原位聚合的CdTe/PEDOT-PSS复合物具有规则的球状结构,其吸收光谱是两个单独组分的吸收光谱的加和,发射光谱中550nm左右的峰是电荷转移的结果,显示了CdTe/PEDOT-PSS复合微球作为光电器件材料的潜在应用价值。 CdTe/PEDOT-PSS microspheres were fabricated by seed polymerization.The morphology,structure,optical absorption and emission properties were characterized by using SEM,FT-IR,XPS,UV-Vis and fluorescent spectra.The results suggest that:the CdTe/ PEDOT-PSS hybrids synthesized by seed polymerization exhibit uniform microsphere structure.The absorption spectrum for hybrids is the sum of the two components,and the peak at 550nm in emission spectrum is a result of charge transfer,which indicates the potential application of the microspheres optoelectronic and photovoltaic devices.
