摘要
职业教育与经济增长之间是否存在着长期稳定的因果关系,是我国制定职业教育发展政策的重要依据之一。本文在对相关文献进行梳理分析的基础上,以1998年至2007年的数据为依据,运用协整分析、格兰杰因果检验理论和误差修正模型的分析框架,研究了我国职业教育发展对经济增长的短期影响与长期关系。研究结果表明,两者之间在长期上不仅存在稳定的均衡关系,并且正相关,职业教育发展是经济增长的原因。
Whether there is a long-term stability causal relation between vocational education and economic growth is a basic issue on making development policy of vocational education. Based on the relevant literature and our country 1998-2007 data, the study conducts the cointegrating analysis, the Granger causes and effects examination theory, the error correction mechanism. The paper shows the short-term relations and the long-term relations between vocational education and economic growth. The findings indicate that there is a long-term stable balanced relation between vocational education and economic growth; in the long run, vocational education and economic growth will be connected, vocational education is the cause of economic growth.
