漂白粉漂浮缓释剂杀灭日本血吸虫尾蚴的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察漂白粉漂浮缓释剂对日本血吸虫尾蚴的杀灭效果。方法在室内静水条件下观察漂白粉漂浮缓释剂的漂浮和释出有效氯情况;将漂白粉缓释剂按有效氯配制成不同浓度,注入培养板中,移入活尾蚴,解剖镜下观察尾蚴的存活时间;用不同浓度的有效氯杀蚴后感染小鼠,35 d解剖,收集成虫,计算鼠的虫负荷。结果漂白粉漂浮缓释剂在水中释出有效氯有效杀灭尾蚴时间可达40 d,50%缓释剂颗粒在水面漂浮的时间可达60 d;有效氯浓度在1.0和0.5 mg/L时10 min 100%杀死尾蚴,有效氯浓度0.25和0.125 mg/L 30 min 100%杀死尾蚴;漂白粉(0.5-0.125 mg/L有效氯)处理尾蚴感染小鼠的虫负荷数显著低于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论漂白粉漂浮缓释剂在水中释出有效氯有效杀灭尾蚴的有效浓度为0.5 mg/L,至第60 d有50%的颗粒漂浮在水面。 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of a slow-release suspension of bleaching powder at killing schistosome cercariae.Methods In still water indoors,the release of available chlorine by a suspension of bleaching powder was observed.Suspensions were prepared with different concentrations of available chlorine and poured into a petri dish.Living cercariae were placed in the dish,and the survival or death of cercariae was observed under a dissecting microscope.Mice were infected with the cercariae and dissected 35 days later;worms were collected and the parasite load was calculated.Results In water,the slow-release suspension of bleaching powder had an available chlorine concentration that effectively killed cercariae for 40 days.Fifty percent of the formulation's particles were floating on the water surface as of day 60.An available chlorine concentration of 1.0 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L killed cercaria in 10 min.Mice infected with cercariae treated with bleaching powder(0.5-0.125 mg/L available chlorine) had significantly lower parasite load than did the control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion A slow-release suspension of bleaching powder with an available chlorine concentration of 0.5 mg/L in water was effective at killing cercariae.As of day 60,50% of the formulation's particles were floating on the water surface.
