摘要
为了有利于企业设计适合于自身的供应链,提出一种基于多色集合理论、模糊评价的供应链合作伙伴的组合决策模型。该模型先利用模糊评价给出对供应链成员的评价值;然后,根据供应链的管理模式对供应链成员间的合作关系进行定性选择,以避免在模糊评价时评价因素选择的不均衡问题;最后,在供应链合作伙伴的组合选择阶段,从伙伴所处的不同角色和伙伴间不同的合作关系出发,通过对合作伙伴进行变量赋值,实现了整条供应链的协调。并针对一个研究实例给出了运用该模型合理选择供应链合作伙伴的详细过程。
In order to design an enterprise's own supply chain, the portfolio decision-making model for supply chain partners is proposed based on polychromatic sets and fuzzy evaluation. First, the evaluation value of the supply chain members is given. Then, the factor's non-balance evaluation problem of the fuzzy evaluation is avoided by qualitative choice of the collaborative relationship of the supply chain members based on the supply chain manage- ment model. Finally, in the portfolio selection phase of the supply chain partners, this model is based on the rela- tionship of the roles and cooperation between partners in the supply chain, and the coordination of the supply chain is achieved by assigning to different variable for partners. A case is given to illustrate the detailed process of using this method to make a rational relationship of the supply chain.
