摘要
从瞬态光的应用引入瞬态光辐射的光性测量，重点介绍瞬态辐射光度、瞬态辐射光谱及瞬态辐射光色度的测量原理、方法和手段以及有关测量结果处理遵从的法则等。
The principle and method for the measurement of transient radiation luminosity,spectrum and photochromism are emphatically presented in this paper.The rule relevant to the processing of measurement result is given.
