摘要
针对录井钢丝断裂残存试样和本体取样,通过宏观断口形态分析、扫描电镜微观断口分析、拉伸试验、金相显微组织分析等手段寻找断裂原因。结果表明,主要原因是钢丝过载,表面损伤也促进了断裂。
To analysis the freacture and using well logging wire by macrofractography,SEM mic-fracture appearance,mechanical properties to explore the reason of well logging wire.The results show that the overload was the main reason of well logging wire,and surface damaga was second reason.
