摘要
例1女,40岁,鼻尖部无痛性肿物2年;例2女,36岁,鼻尖下方无痛性肿物3年。2例均表现为鼻尖部皮下结节,淡红色,表面光滑,边界清楚,中等硬度,无压痛。皮肤组织病理检查均支持"皮肤混合瘤"的诊断。
The two women all presented with a painless tumor on the nasal tip. Examination of the skin showed a subcutaneous nodule on the nasal tip which was clear demarcation, medium hardness and no tenderness. The surface of the skin was slightly red and smooth. Based on histopathological findings, a diagnosis of mixed tumor of skin was made.
