摘要
和田河流域是干旱区沙漠中一条具有生态意义的河流,在短短半个世纪的时间里,生态环境发生了巨大的变化。由于气候状况和人类对和田河流域的开发程度加重,已引起上游山地冰川退缩、天然植被退化;中游绿洲耕地扩张迅速,土壤盐渍化,河渠人工渠化,水库增加显著;下游荒漠植被退化,水资源严重不足,土地沙化等生态环境问题,流域生态环境趋于脆弱。应针对上中下游的水资源的具体情况,保护上游,改造中游,拯救下游,制止流域土地资源的盲目开发。改善生态环境同时要提高土地生产力和利用率,促进社会经济的可持续发展,实现生态、经济的统一和可持续发展。
Hotan river which has ecosystem meaning in the dry and desert area,in short time of half century the ecosystem environment took place huge change and have already caused the upper stream mountainous country a glacier to shrink back towards aggravating with the development degree of the Hotan river area,because of the weather condition and the mankind,the natural plant to be deteriorate.the soil salt of Hotan Oasis to extend quickly,the waterway artificial dike turn,and the reservoir very increment,The downstream hungriness plants to be deteriorate and the water resources severity isn＇t enough,the land sand turns to wait an ecosystem environment problem.Should aim at up the concrete circumstance of the water resources of medium downstream,protection upper stream,reform medium swim,rescue downstream,stop the blindness development of resources in the river valley land.Improve ecosystem environment to want to raise land productivity and utilization in the meantime,promote a society economic of can keep on a development,carry out ecosystem,the economy unify and can keep on a development.
