摘要
研究滚动轴承支承的柔性转子系统的非线性动力学特性。建立柔性转子系统的有限元模型,研究不同轴承间隙系统的稳定性及分岔行为。在转子系统中考虑Hertz接触力,以及由转子质量偏心引起的不平衡力,用数值积分的方法得出系统间隙量在不同区域内的轴心轨迹、Poincaré映射图以及时域图。研究结果表明:在间隙较小时,系统表现出丰富的非线性现象,随着间隙的增大,系统的失稳区域也随之增大。
The nonlinear dynamics characteristics of a flexible rotor system supported by rolling bearings were studied.A finite element model of the flexible rotor was established.The system's stability and bifurcation behavior were investigated under the effect of the different clearance in the ball bearings.In the model of the rotor system,the Hertzian contact force and unbalance force cased by the rotor's quality eccentricity were considered.The numerical integral method is employed to obtain system's axis orbit,Poincaré maps and time domain maps when the clearance of the rolling bearings was in different regions.The analytic results show that there are plenty of nonlinear phenomena on the system when the clearance is small.The instable regions will be wider as the increasing of the clearance of the ball bearings.
