超高转速条件下主轴轴承内部油膜阻尼研究 被引量:3

摘要 在受力分析的基础上,利用弹性流体动力学润滑理论和多种网格法,计算超高转速条件下主轴轴承内部球滚动体与内、外滚道之间的润滑油膜厚度,以及轴承内部的润滑油膜阻尼。结果表明,超高转速条件下,转速增加,轴承内部弹流润滑油膜阻尼减小,这不利于减小转子系统的动态响应;径向预载荷增加,轴承内部弹流润滑油膜阻尼增加,有利于减小转子系统的动态响应。超高转速条件下,运行速度和径向预载荷对轴承内部润滑油膜阻尼的影响较大,在研究超高速电主轴轴承-转子系统动力学和动态响应时,应充分考虑油膜阻尼的影响。 Based on the analysis of force load,the film thickness between ball and inside ring and ball and out ring,the film damper inside bearing of ultra high speed electrical spindle bearing were calculated by using TEHL theory and multi-grid method.The results show that under ultra high rotating speed,with the increase of speed,the film damper inside bearing decreases which goes against the decrease of dynamic response of rotor;with the increase of radial pre-load,the film damper inside bearing increases which is propitious to the decrease of dynamic response of rotor.Rotating speed and radial pre-load affect the film damper in a large degree ultra high rotating speed,so the film damper must be considered during the research of the dynamic response of bearing-rotor system of ultra high speed electrical spindle bearing.
